Problems with ResellerClub - Free WHMCS Account

Posted by XRSites, 03-17-2014, 03:49 PM
Hey guys I'm having problems with my reseller account from ResellerClub offered by WHMCS.com and I can not find a suitable support team to help. Has anyone been through this? Thanks

Why don't you sign up directly with resellerclub? Your paying sub reseller rates for domains when you don't have to.

Thanks man, I'll consider that.

Are you not able to post tickets directly to ResellerClub support? You should be able to right, or you have to go through WHMCS? I have been using Enom for over a decade and their support are always great.

I wasn't finding a support channel and It seems every supplier has an account here. I tried directly, but I got no response so far. Thanks for the tip. Thank you, John.

ResellerClub support has always been quick for us: http://www.resellerclub.com/live-support

Hey XRSites, It is unusual that you did not get a response to your ticket. Can you please provide us your support ticket number so that we can check and ensure your issue is addressed? If you are unable to identify a support channel, you can email clientrelations@resellerclub.com with your reseller ID and query. Hope this helps! Team resellerClub

Great to hear your situation is now clear and your issue has been solved. It's always good to go directly to the company instead of having to go thought a middle man.

Believe you signed up for getting the 3rd level domain rates. As we have to start from base level if we join resellerclub directly. Please note that the transactions and receipts of sub-reseller account created through WHMCS cannot be transferred to another account, in case you decide to open an account directly with resellerclub.

What would be the advantage of signing up directly with RC versus using a WHMCS reseller account?

We have never had a problem with ResellerClub support; give them a call or shoot them an email, they'll solve the problem quickly.
