I'm currently with a great managed server company, but they will no longer be offering managed hosting soon so I'm searching for a new provider. I'm looking for a company to manage 3-4 of my Windows servers. They have Helm installed. I've sorted through all of the reviews and posts within this section, but I don't see any mention of specific Windows control panels. I'm looking for a company that specializes with Helm. I am also aware of the list of providers at http://www.webhostingtalk.com/wiki/Server_management I've noticed that a lot of companies provide a set amount of time that comes with the monthly cost, such as 5 or 10 hours. Is that normal? I would prefer to not have the support capped out, if possible, just in case something major happened and a longer support time was needed. Support isn't needed that often, but when it is needed I want someone to respond to my tickets very quickly and be available to contact me 24/7 if anything goes wrong with the servers. I am very flexible on pricing. The most important thing is to find a company reliable, fast, and good at what they do. If they also offer a backup solution, that would be great.
