Best server management company?

Just wondering who you would recommend for server management. So far, I am considering platinum server management, as they seem to know their stuff and at a reasonable cost. Anyone else I should consider?

I can see that w3cares are getting good reviews here from their customers and you can look at them. Other companies that I've heard of are Bobcares, SeekAdmin, AdminGeeks, etc. May be browsing through some of the posts in Managed Hosting and services section should help you in getting more options/reviews. It really depends what you're looking for, emergency support? phone support? Also depends on your server configuration (i.e. OS and control panel, if applicable).

There is a lot of support companies out there but if you got Cpanel you should go to the best like platinumservermanagement.

It's also important to define management. Do you want someone to fix basic security issues at your prompt ? Or do you want someone to pro actively monitor your server and services and resolve any potential issues ?

I believe PSM is one of the best and most well known management companies here on the forum. I mean just look at all the feedback they get on here. Check them out and I'm sure you will be more then happy. I am!

well, supportpro is also good.......also bobcares do pretty well in administration.....we3cares also do their job best as far i know.......

You really should look at Chi Networks also. I cant tell you enough good things about these guys. The service is excellent and they are quite proactive.

I used AdminGeekz for over 2 years, and they provided by far the best service that I'd ever received. After using some of the 'cheaper' providers and not really feeling valued as a customer, Scott and his team consistently delivered more than I expected month after month. I couldn't recommend any company higher

Look at smaller companies as well as the larger ones like PSM. You will get a more personal type of service.

We have no unanswered tickets so, - You either never finished filling it in (You need to hit confirm) - You never contacted us - It was caught in our spam filter If you PM me your email address I can check the later. -EDIT- you won't be able to PM me because of your post count, you can email me at scott -(change to at)- admingeekz.com , I also checked there have been nobody to only fill in the form and never confirm it in the last 4 days meaning if you had indeed filled it in then the only way it wouldn't reach us would be if it was in the spam filter - which I also checked and there is not a single email in the quarantine which matches being submitted from the forms...........
