Greetings:
/var/qmail/control/rblhosts is a plain text file that contains zero to many RBL (real time black hole list) host names.
Typically, qmail will bounce back any email found on the RBL's used with an error message.
Thank you.

RBL = real time black hole list.
Hphere has the RBL's under E-Manager, Mail servers, Configure.
You can also see them at /var/qmail/control/rblhosts.

Greetings:
You need to follow the directions of the RBL provider; you cannot just add a domain name here or there as you will end up stopping mail flow period.
For Spamhaus.org, see http://www.spamhaus.org/faq/answers....=DNSBL%20Usage
Thank you.
