Hello all anyone use Twention yet ? I signed up Monday afternoon for a vps and it was configured about 5 ours after that and They offered cpanel free of charge with the plan I received. after install I found that the licenses expired back in october for the Ip so I submitted a ticket 10 hours later they told be they were looking into I ahve asked for a update afternoon and again this morning and havent recieved a reply they state they offer managed hosting 24/7 but am I wrong thinking reissuing a license shouldnt take this long?

Never used them, but to answer your question, no, it should not take long at all to issue a Cpanel license. They must be having some issue obtaining it from the source, which could be cause for concern.
