Dedicated or shared bandwith?

Would you prefer shared or dedicated bandwith? Example: Shared: 100 VPS on a server, server has 1000 Mbps, so all 50 VPS share the 1000 Mbps port cost: 28$ every month for 4GB RAM, 200GB SSD, Full traffic flatrate dedicated: each vps can be asigned with dedicated bandwith (guaranteed speed with full traffic flatrate without reducing the speed (full speed)) cost: 16$ every month for 4GB RAM, 200GB SSD Bandwith cost for 1 Mbps full sped guaranteed 24/7: 1,7$ (maximum 100Mbps per vps) Are these prices ok? What would you prefer? greetings

If the VPS's are housed on the same physical server, they share the same network port. The above terms generally are more for marketing purposes. It's like paying for premium wifi at a hotel, when we all know it's the same ****.

I'm not quite following 100 VPS on a server, then all 50 VPS .. Regardless, as it's phrased, they all share the same network port of 1000Mbps.
