Hello, So I am looking for a good site to get Xen HVM & windows license keys for VPS. Is Xen KVM a monthly fee or depends on the amount I use. Want to make sure I am not getting ripped off. Thank you in advance

You can get windows server 2008/2012 Standard for around $25/mo

$25 a pop? Is there any other way (cheaper) to run windows vps off a linux OS Would buying a windows VPS work and using a VPS manager to run it?
