Sharktech VPS Review

This is my current experience with Sharktech. Ordered a VPS on 4/30 $74.00 package. Website says setup within 24 hours.. cool. Waited 2 days. Nothing. Got a email today and the CEO Tim Timrawi emails me about my order telling me that due to the high volume of fraudulent orders they receive from my country they need a copy of my ID and a copy of my credit card. I am located in the USA and supposedly they are also located in the USA in Nevada. I paid with my confirmed and verified paypal account. I just simply asked for a refund as it took them 3 days to contact me and are wanting a copy of my credit card that I use securely with paypal. Just wanted to let everyone know my recent experiences and to advise to think twice before placing orders with this company.

Thanks for sharing your experience with us. While it's typical to verify new accounts, the part about your country seems very strange. Good luck with your next provider.
