I am looking for a hosting company who provides cloud dedicated servers in Netherlands, Sweden, Russia or Antarctica. If you know of any good hosts, please let me know

Zone.ee doesn't mention anything about high availability / cloud services. I think their VPS platform is not what the TS is looking for. Glesys.se looks good., didn't know of any in SE yet. In NL there are multiple options, but i don't know of any in Russia/Antartica.

The only way to get hosting of the cloud kind or rather of any kind in Antarctica is to be connected to either government, military or research.
