Hi, usually i use "normal" dedicated servers for my work. What is the difference to the storage servers of soyoustart.com? Are this only "drives" for storage? Like webdav, nfs, samba? Or is it possible to use these machines as normal dedi servers too? (install debian and use my own software) Do I have restrictions in the use of these servers? What is the difference? thank you in advance

They appear to just be regular servers with bigger storage drives and (relatively) weaker processors (atom/celeron) and lower RAM. You should be able to use them just like any other dedicated servers.

Usually such storage servers are cheaper than using a normal server for storage purposes. Since the CPUs they provide with storage are low specs CPU's but high storage drivers (Atom CPU with a 4 TB HDD) for example.
