Im have dedicated server with HostWinds at least 2 years ago, i need to say never before has been have a problem, but yesterday our server simply go down then open ticket and contact trought phone/chat, they each time say "will check issue", but now 16 hours after no ticket response its crazy but i dont have any response about what is the problem nothing.

So you've contacted them via ticket, phone and chat and still have no clue why your server is down? 16 hours is an incredible length of time for a server to be down.

Yes already contact 16 hours ago and every 30-60 mins but, same answer "tech people still working on your issue", "still checking your issue", "ticket noted to staff", "personal note sent to staff", " im only receive apologize but not any cause why server down or fix to get it up and running.

Is the server completely unaccesible. Try opening up another ticket and going on their chat again.

Server is completely unaccesible no ssh, http, https, ping, etc, already try everything via phone tech support same answer "still working, checking", via chat "still working on your issue", via ticket "nothing response", thats why i post this thead to see if someone from HostWinds people of the forum see it and take actions to get up server running again.

Well, you try to find out what is the "issue". It might be anything. You might lost any drive or it might be any other hardware failure. They should tell you what is the issue they are "working on".

Already try to know issue, no information in anyway trought phone, chat or ticket, thats why post this thread, still waiting im contact they every 30 mins and same answer, i suspect they dont have any tech support people on site, they dont have a way to check whats the problem. i don't found another reason to tell me what is the issue.

I'll see why there hasn't been a faster response for you because that is totally unacceptable. That is an extremely odd issue and completely uncharacteristic of our service as we have people on 24/7 to take any incoming request and tickets. We appreciate you being a loyal customer for over 2 years and will make sure to take care of this for you. Do have the ticket # so I can take a look?

Our service and staffing includes tech support 24/7 as well to handle any issues. I'm happy to hear you are receiving updates every 30 minutes on your ticket now. Please send over the ticket # as requested through private chat and I will take a look at it for you further.

Thanks for response, im contact they trought chat/phone every 30 mins but still same answer they are checking issue, nobody one tell me what is the problem or when will fix Tickets #1131492 #1131372
