Quadix never delivers the servers on time.

Quadix never delivers the servers on time. When they place their ads here at WHT, they announce that they deliver in 3 days but it always takes a week to deliver. If they do not meet their deadline then do not even put it down. I bought a server on 02/02 and today and 02/02 and they just told me that they will deliver the server to me at the beginning of the next week. General setup time is typically within 1 - 3 business days. That's in their ad.

You chose a cheap provider, you received a cheap level of service. Mark it up as a life lesson.

Take a look at other reviews on here about them, you'll see this is a common topic

Paying peanuts and expecting platinum level support with instant service delivery. After complaining about of his decision...

@webcloud We have researched your ticket and feel the need to set the facts straight here since you threatened a WHT "review" if you didn't get your order processed immediately. We told you numerous times in your ticket that provisioning doesn't take place on weekends. All setup times are quoted 1-3 business days excluding weekends. We are within our quoted time frame. In addition, we also offer a full money back guarantee if at anytime you wanted to cancel a pending deployment. - Your order was placed on the 15th not the 2nd. - This wasn't a standard order and required extra IP addresses which also need to be configured for your deployment adding to a slight delay. - You are an existing client and have a history stretching back over a year with many, many servers ordered, successfully delivered and have praised our services in your support previous tickets. We will keep you up to date on your existing ticket.

Thank You, do you have proof to provide of the date it was provisioned? Just to set the record straight, since as it stands right now, it's still he said she said..but good to see a rebuttal response from you.

TrentaHost, you mean the date the order was placed? We've included that in our reply. We have also had several chats with the customer on provisioning, they are fully aware.

Yes, but you just stated it in text, do you have a screenshot (without customers details ofcourse), just to show the date it was ordered, cause right now he's claiming the 2nd and everyone above says your company has a record of providing late services... I'm just trying to help you out here by saying you need to provide more proof in case someone sees this thread in the future so they know you are right with your words and promise. just my 2c.

Anytime I see a threat to post a negative review on WHT if this or that isn't done, it reminds me of little kids arguing where one of them says I'm going to tell Mommy and get you into trouble. It appears your order has been processed and delivered as promised.

That's a cop out. If you say you're going to do something you should do it. It doesn't matter if you're charging $1 or $1000.

Agreed 100%. The "cheap moniker" doesn't mean that we deliver a cheap level of service. We provide all full scale service with our packages.

Yes. This is the number one issue with certain clients. If they feel indignant enough regardless of how small the request, its always request followed by a WHT threat.
