I am looking for expert 3rd party team who can setup my new dedicated server , configure & optimize nginx, apache, mysql etc., also i need reverse proxy setup .. thanks ..

You would then be looking for a managed dedicated server. This would include services such as installation, config, and optimizing. Otherwise ask your provider NICELY

The OS Installation process as you might know can be handle by your dedicated server provider and most of them would assist on a basic service installation for the above mentioned services, with a small one time fee. It really depends on what you budget is. I believe that as XavierM already mentioned a managed server would be a lot cheaper than paying for a third party team to setup and optimize those services for you except if you will manage to find a junior to assist but this wont guarantee the best optimization possible.

Check out PCsmartgroup.com, they offer third party server management services at pretty reasonable rates.

You need this with dedicated server or you need just admin's service?

Its always good to purchase managed Dedicated server for such installations, so that server provider can help you to install and manage modules on your servers because it could be possible that you will required help after installation as well.

Likely you also need updates and security improvements over time, so you may want to look for a managed server instead of a self managed server.
