With Intel price cuts in response to AMD Ryzen launch http://www.digitaltrends.com/computi...-ryzen-launch/, does that mean more cheaper 4790K, 6700K and 7700K offers from web host providers ? curious do web hosts purchasing channels for intel cpus have any form of price protection in case of such price slashes ? Website providers don't deploy these, it just in the game market "circuit" since gamers are drawn to the "MOAR POWER" of these desktop grade CPUs. I would run the hills if my provider were running my website on Intel Core instead of Xeon CPUs.

You're talking about $20 - $30 cuts, but that has been offset by the increase in RAM pricing.

well some do offer these cpus.. ah i forgot about those ram prices ! Guess that sort of evens it out !
