Too bad noone uses it and posts all the outages in the Dedicated Server forum. It seems that when there is a problem with a newtwork being down, the first place people look, myself included...is in that forum. I believe in order to get this forum kicked off in the right direction, all those posts should be moved out of there and placed in here.
