Here in Brazil it's working, but extremely slow, almost dead. EDIT: Pings around 2207 to 2491ms without packet loss.

it was way slow and now it's fast again for me (louisiana)

Posted by LDKS, 11-25-2003, 02:08 PM
Now it's good again.

Worked great from Toronto all morning. Actually way faster than usual, since all you guys weren't hogging the BW:-) Most of my traffic to Burst has switched from XO to Cogent today - much faster.

We had a slight (less than 4 minutes) bit of latency due to an issue with a particular customer that we rectified immediately. Sorry for the problem.

And it's VERY laggy now. This is ridiculous. I can't even load pages anymore. From Canada.

This is now on daily basis. What is going on and when you will fix this BURST !?

They should donate this forum to the people at nocster, as it contains mostly nocster outage posts. These days downtime is quite a rare occurance at most places yet somehow nocster manages lengthy downtime on a regular basis. And not to mention that their network seems to perform at below par all of the time anyways. How can you guys tolerate this? Nothing like the great old saying.. "You get what you pay for"

Posted by DNHN, 11-27-2003, 07:08 AM
They're making up for other people not having downtime You can't really justify that, because some people pay the same prices for servers in burstNET as you would for the same one in say EV1 or SM, heck I even got a faster server in SM for $1/month more than I was paying at burstNET
