I have never had any downtime with hostany, the only time was with the power failure in eXchange datacenter and the scheduled mantinence, I've had a pretty good experience with them and been with them about 7 months.

Yeah they have a Cisco 12000 router.

does anyone know who i could call in regards to my hostany account? I've sent them over 10 emails about my site and haven't gotten one response. is there any other way of getting in contact with these guys?

my site has been down 11 days and counting. i would transfer my site elsewhere but i can't login to retrieve my database.
