What's going on with Hostreflex?

Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone knows what is going on with hostreflex.com. Their website was down for a few days but is back up again. However, my two domains have been down for a few days and are still not back up yet. I tried calling the support number on their website but it is out of service. I did a whois and the number they have there is the same as the one on the website. I submitted an urgent support ticket but haven't gotten any word from them. If any one has any information please let me know.

This is strange......30 minutes after I posted my original message both my domains came back up. I'm still going to try and get a hold of them to see why it took a few days.
