Its not my place to bash competitors, but I cannot resist making a comment here:
I read these forums and see nothing but bad things from customers of FDC. Even their own forums have customers flaming them, and yet, there seems to be a healthy supply of people who are more than willing to give them a try.
What is wrong with this picture?

Im not sure and i agree that there are even a lot of loyalists to them. When people will start learning that they should expect 99.9% uptime instead of 75% uptime, they may decided FDC are crap after all!
