Yes, I have one server there that cannot be reached.

About half of our servers are currently down.

I've lost a couple on the 69.41 subnet. The others are active. They dropped about 10 minutes ago.

3 of our servers out of 5 are down at this moment.

They are having router troubles. and the phones are ringing off the hook!

That's good others were asking if the DC was down! My RLX server remains online @ the Planet.

69.56 subnet is down as well, 2 servers offline.
|
Posted by Potsie, 02-12-2004, 10:36 PM |
My 69.56 boxes are not down. One was for 30 hours due to some routing glitch, but it's fine now. Hmm... maybe I'M to blame

69.93.* is still down
|

They're up now.

My box on the 69.56 subnet just came back up.

Just an FYI. The Planet suffered an outage tonight around 9:19EST. As best as I can tell, the outage was about 13 Minutes. When I called, they said the issue was a "minor" routing problem.

Thanks for the update. None of my servers faced any issues so I guess it was isolated to a segment which I was not on
|
Posted by phactor, 02-12-2004, 11:11 PM |
yep.. probably was an isolated issue, since i didnt noticed any problems!

I noticed some major slowdown on our server there. Pretty much back to normal now.

Posted by ASTHost, 02-12-2004, 11:14 PM |
Same here. A major slow down as well. Still a little slow. Confirm with a Tech Support person that, there was a routing problem.

No problems here

Moved and merged in the network outages forum. FWIW, we got no pages about servers being down, and no customers complaining at all. So it seems to have missed us?

both servers on sm side up, 1 on tp side keeps dropping all connections and when i get on i just lag off :/
|

Oddly, my TP server that is on a completely different subnet is now dropping packets like mad. 12.96.160.53 seems to be the culprit.

this outage appears to have been limited to a very small segment of the planet's network.. as all of my servers were unaffected, and they are all on different segments..
2 affected segments that i know of:
car2-6-v1.dllstx2.theplanet.com
car2-5-v1.dllstx2.theplanet.com
2 unaffected segments:
car2-1-v1.dllstx2.theplanet.com
car2-2-v2.dllstx2.theplanet.com
the isolated outage seems to have lasted about 15 minutes.

64.5. is still down
|
Posted by coight, 02-13-2004, 04:40 PM |
Yes we have three servers in 64.5 that are down at the moment.
car2-5-v1.dllstx2.theplanet.com seems to be dropping 50-70% of packets.
