Been down for about 1.5 hours - not completely down, bout 90% packetloss according to the pings/traceroutes I've been running for the last 2 hours. Seems to be their cogent link, haven't tested their williams link. Anybody else noticing it?

yup williams is having same problems my guess is a rather hard and lasting dos attack as its not totally down

Yeah - it was DDoS, I got an Email from Aaron. My system reported 3.5 hours of downtime.

It was a massive DDOS attack. It took us awhile to null route every single IP it was coming from. The Williams side was not affected. The attack was against a machine hosting an IRC server. Clearly against our policies. The customer has been terminated. Aaron
