NTL <-> USA fubar'd?

Hey Hey!
A couple of my customers in the UK on NTL DSL have been reporting problems accessing their sites.
Anyone in the UK on NTL confirm this?
The sites they're having trouble getting to
- http://deltaanime.net (should just be a blank page)

Hope so :\
I've gotten a friend in Austria to try it too, and it SEEMS to work for him, so it isn't a problem with the Euro link to North America.
I knew NTL has had problems ever since they were caching, but supposidly this has been going on and off for ~3 - 4 days

Hmm, maybe it's just the Switch/Router in Stafford
Thanks Paul

Alright, we did some more testing, and it seems to be the webproxy/cache that the Stafford area is using, that's causing the problems.
To get around the problem, they changed their routers to use the Cambridge webproxy

They are doing a lot of work on their network this week, may be causing various problems. Mainly UBR Resegmentation however:
Hehehe the beauties of being ex-CWC running via Manc - we dont use them damn proxies
PS. ntl: is cable not DSL

It will be a 2mbit ntl xDSL line then not a cable line

Hmm, but its 2 Mbit both ways, as they insisted on this for the schools website server. and i didnt think any of the exchanges near our college did SDSL, that is the correct one for both ways isnt it ?

It wont be cable as ntl use both the DOCSIS 1.1 and DAVIC format, neither of which can run symmetrical.
They dont provide a 2mbps service via cable (yet) and their business lines are DSL or leased lines using the BT network upto 155mbit OC3. My guess would be its a leased line then
