Why is e-z-hosting.com down?

.....for what several hours now. Are they having provider problems or has the company gone belly-up?

Not sure. Do they have off-network support or a phone number to call?

Well, I am pissed about this. 3 days ago I signed up with them, took 24 hours to get setup, and the promised little to no downtime. Here we are. I am hoping it comes back up so that I can do transfers to another host. I understand everyone has issues, but when you message them on AIM, and they sign off, that is not a good sign.

You obviously didn't do much research on recent issues. (?) They've been having issues for 3 weeks (+?). Hopefully, for the customers still left at e-z-hosting, they get the situation stabalized. Do a search on here (up top), and you'll see what the previous issues were, as I cannot remember if they were all different, or all the same thing. You may have a tough job reaching them today (saturday), as the owner doesn't work at all on saturdays, and their 'backup system' failed 2 weekends ago, with nobody to rectify it. Simon

Yea, that I am guilty of, not doing research. I learned the hard way...

Servers are up, i think this is beacuse TP. I read around in forums and people with boxes, complained servers dosent show, but they do ping, and do tracert, etc'. send a mail to TP, but theres nothing more i can do, if it was in my hands, i would leave TP for good. Gil.

No, out of 6 boxes that I monitor in theplanet, as well as viewing their network uptime reports inside of orbit and their network issues forum, there is no problem with theplanet. It is e-z-hosting itself that is the problem at this point.

Whats the ip range this six boxes are in?
