First and foremost, CMX Networks today launched their official forum. Powered by the latest vBulletin forum software, this new place for customers to obtain support and information regarding their services will help the Generation-Host and HostGeek staff to continue offering quality connections with their clients.

Additionally CMX Networks launched their new client panel this weekend, and are beginning to migrate current customers over. Powered by Ubersmith DE, this sophisticated software allows staff to respond to tickets, provision services and perform other administrative tasks faster and more efficiently.
