I hate to post this here because I haven't had a single issue in a year with these guys. My box became unreachable yesterday afternoon(got first customer complaint at 4:55PM 6/29). It is still unreachable 10:22AM EST 6/28. Their support http://support.dpssystems.com/ and member forums (http://forums.dpssystems.com/) are also unreachable. Their sales phone number I have is busy or leads me to voicemail. Interestingly their main website that apears to be at a different location is not down. I'm on the 209.195.180.xxx block. Anyone know what's going on?

I spoke with the upstream and got some info that I don't want to publicly post . . . if anyone else is with them that wants it, message me. Doesn't look good.
