Hi Hosting Matters looks as though they have a DNS issue. I can't access their site through the domain name but the IP. Does anyone have the Ip of their remote support fourm as that is down also at the domain name.

Addressed via our ticketing system, but no, we weren't having any particular issues. This was an issue at the user's ISP, not anything related to us (especially considering that the remote forums are not attached to nameservers within our network).
