is this host down any idea any body can access?

No, they are down, what DC are they in, it they are in the DedicatedNOW DC, then that us the problem. You will have to wait till the server move is over.

Doing a whois on their nameservers, they are located at DedicatedNow/PWebTech. See http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showth...hreadid=295027 for more details. - Matt
