Our site down, their site down.... anyone else stuck in there?

Hi Jenni, There was a problem with our main server last night and the server is now just getting back online after about 3 1/2 hours of downtime. I am already in the process of setting up a new server and all this information would have been available via helpdesk at www.okihelp.com during the entire downtime. Please look there in regards to server issues and we will be sending out emails shortly regarding the server migration.

There was nothing on the helpdesk about it (still isn't), and the tickets didn't seem to work either. That left us in limbo a bit, hence the panic.

Yes we were just answering tickets as they came in and our client database was on that server so we got stuck in a bad spot. We are adding a backup server for this now to ensure this does not happen again. There is actually a new server being setup now so you will get all the information you need regarding the move later today so we can start working on getting everyone to a more stable server. Again sorry for the trouble and everyone has been credited for this month.
