jaguarpc down again

www.jaguarpc.com and my sites hosted there don't load at all, they have been down for a few hours now. if this is like what happened last week with them (router problems), then some people may be able to get through to them while others won't.

well now the jaguar site works, but my sites are still down

and i am getting database error pages when i try to access the support part of the site

Hello, I can't access any of the domains hosted at JaguarPC and their own site is down too. Does anyone here know their phone number or have an idea of what is going on? It's more than 2 hours already. Thank you.

OK, their site works now and allows customer log ins. The servers shown as down are: - Oxygen (Host19) - Argon (Host25) - Iron - Neo

There was scheduled maintenance last night and into this morning that was posted on our forums. You should also have received an email regarding this matter. Eric, Thank you for taking the time and explaining this to me. Just for the record: Argon was down few hours which is more than 1 hour of sheduled downtime as was posted in that thread and it is down now.

There are some problems with Argon not related to the maintenance period, which have now been posted in our forums as of this afternoon. We'll continue to update everyone in our forums on that issue until it is resolved.

Just a quick update: whatever problems were with Argon, they are not resolved still. The sites were down few times this week. On 1 occasion it was ironically at the same time we received a reply to a ticket saying 'all the services are working fine now'. The next reply was just plain insulting. To top it all, I was just informed that some e-mails didn't make it to the mailboxes... Rather important ones... I guess it's time to change horses
