A server IP switch will be occuring on Incognito Network's Dallas server scheduled to occur at 10:30PM PST. The IP change will result in a maximum of one hour of downtime for our customers on the Dallas server. Our website will stay up during this time so we may be contacted through normal methods.

As of now the SM tech that was supposedly assigned to this ticket has left the datacenter. This lousy support on SM's side will extend the start of this server IP switch longer than we know as of now.
