well, actually whole week was nasty so i've redirected traffic to another datacenters, but right even their mainhost is down.

Ill never understand why you put up with the crappy network at FDC, you should go to a real DC where the connections actually have good uptime

the reason is simple - i have made a simple monitoring system which is switching the traffic in the matter of 5 minutes & the price for fdc's box averaging 8Mbps is $99/mo. i have 4 boxes in different datacenters which are holding just fine the traffic usually fdc box takes.
as for using fdc as a primary host or as a webhost for reselling - it would be insane

ah I see now Just been seeing a lot of threads about their uptime lately.
It would be worse then insane with the network as it is at the moment lol!

Things aren't looking too hot here either, a traceroute shows 2 hops close to FDC timing out.
