1and1 hosted sites down -- 3 days and counting

Is anyone else having problems with 1and1 currently? I got a wierd message from their support staff, most likely automated, that the server hosting my domain has an Apache bug. There was also some discussion about high-traffic sites causing problems (mine is definitely not one of those). I've had a couple of very slight problems in the past, but overall 1and1 has been reliable until this. Three days down, no warning. Just an error message...
