Posted a few support tickets which returned with completely redundant and thoughtless answers, for more information check the other thread http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showth...=&pagenumber=2 Last night, online support finally admitted that their servers have been down. But for 3 days and without information dissemination? That's really a bummer.
