Packet loss at ServerMatrix

Posted by Shaw Networks, 08-04-2004, 11:29 PM
ServerMatrix is having some packet loss issues right now on servers in the general IP range of 67.19.* I believe. Might be more datacenter wide, but I called in and they're having their network techs taking care of the issue now.

I got a server on that IP range and I am not getting any packet losses. I guess they have corrected the issue or that I am accessing through Global Crossing.

Looks like I'm running into the same problem but I'm on the 67.18.*.* segment. It never fails when things pop up it's always worth taking a look on this forum cuz the answer shows up faster here =) Thanks, Gregg

Not quite... have a few boxes in 4 that are still getting packet loss. ------------------------------------------ (mikevu-08/05/04-10:20): The Planet's Dallas 4 location is currently experiencing a localized network condition that may affect the network performance of some customers in that facility. Our Networking group is aware of the situation, on site, and actively addressing the problem at this very moment.

It is up now, finally. After more then 3 hours of downtime.

It is back up, but there is still packet loss coming out of 4.
