One of my servers bought through http://www.bestvalueservers.com went down recently and I cannot contact them, since their site and email are down and their helpdesk is down as well... Are they still alive? May be it is just ServerMatrix network failure... I cannot know now... Last edited by yaax; 08-05-2004 at 09:24 AM.

Seems to be working fine, ServerMatrix seems to be having some packet loss problems.

Yes they are ok now. But was down few hours this morning. I contacted them by ICQ when helpdesk was down, and this was really SM network issue.
