Just saw every sago server split on many different networks...they're 100% down

Yep I can confirm this too as I have my own server in sagonet both it and their website/support pages are totally inaccessible. I hope they're gonna have their act together soon with regard to this outtage.

I just now was able to gain access to my server again however it rebooted. I am thinking power spike of some kind or a power outtage and not quick enough refresh to backups - however the main sagonet website and support are unavailable still

(Per Adam, we are all back up and online, anyone still down from this issue, should contact myself (Jason) or support immediately) Hello, Our legacy UPS cluster was hit with an enormous utility power feed spike at approximately 3:04pm today. Do to preventative fire measures, the UPS system shut itself down to protect the PMM's it powered in the Data Center. Power was restored from a combination of secondary UPS's and backup maintenance power. This UPS cluster will need to be removed from service because of the utility's damage. This should be done within the next few hours. Customers in DC2, DC3, and on our new MGE UPS cluster were NOT affected. The issue was resolved at approximately 3:11pm for all customers. Any customers still seeing issues are having unrelated problems and should submit a ticket at http://support.sagonet.com/ Thanks for your understanding in this issue. Also check back at http://www.sagonet.com/forums/ for periodic updates as soon as they come.
