Does there is any downtime caused by XO link , because my sites are down and host told me that in one hour sites will get up.

There are various reason a site can be down and it might take X amount of time to fix it ...depends. This is a common part of web hosting world so don't worry. But if it is taking too much from you important time you should be worried. Good Luck

I am not worried for small amount of time, but i am worried if it will take much time, because I have some very important clients.

Down time might occur any time but if it is too frequent then my advice will be to change your host. Good Luck
