Kayako.com Down?

I have been trying to access kayako.com for over two hours with no luck anyone else having problems? They use The Planet is there any news? At first the site was loading super sloooow but then it just dropped off totally. Any info would be helpful.

Yes, We are having an issue with blackbird.kayako.com and are working to get it back up again. Apache + mySQLd seems to be going down randomly with very high load on the server. We will be sending an update to all hosted clients once this issue is resolved, Emails are working fine so if you have any question please do email me at varun AT kayako.com Regards, Varun Shoor

Should be back to normal now, We traced the issue to LR demo being used by certain sites. Seems like they were using the demo html code to provide live support on their own sites through our server. We have removed the LR demo and will move it to its seperate server by Monday. Sorry for the inconvinience this might have caused. Regards, Varun Shoor
