You don't need cPanel for backup. Why not look for ftp backup which will be much cheaper?

My script not support ftp

But, why do you need a script to store your mp4 files? Cant you just simply upload them through FileZilla?

Storing personal 'backup' in a shared hosting environment? Many providers will not allow it. As suggested above get yourself a storage space somewhere or if cPanel is a must then you may have to look into getting your own VPS/Dedicated server for this purpose.

If you really need cPanel, why not get a storage VPS and install cPanel on it yourself? There are some cheap storage VPS offers out there if you look for it. The VPS would probably cost less than the cPanel license though which is $15/month in itself.

If these files are on your PC and you are just looking to take a backup of them, then check out Backblaze.

Shared hosting isn't ideal to store your backups. Have a look at G Suite. Get an account and then upgrade your storage. You can also sync the files from your PC.

i want to buy shared

If you don't have authorship of the media files then provide will not allow storing media files in shared environment. Vps solution already said.

You can have 100 GB from Google for something like 20 dollars a year. There is an API, you can write more code for it. Otherwise what you want is illegal. The other option is a storage type VPS plan which could be pretty cheap too but then you must know how to secure it and deal with any technical issues which should arise.

From what I got (but correct me if I'm wrong), this has nothing to do with authorship; OP just wants to use the new account as storage, and that's something most providers - especially on shared servers - won't allow.

Have you check Amazon S3? I don't know of many hosts that will be happy that you use the account for backup files.

i'm pay up to 15$ for 200GB space with good speed

You're never going to get SSD space for backup storage - it just won't happen. We have clients on SATA and even then they're paying double what you want to pay for 200GB of storage. You'll need to either increase your budget or find an alternative option.

See here what i want

Do check the providers Terms of Use/Service before signing up not all hosts will allow for you to use their account(s) as a back up server or storage bin they will terminate your account most likely without any short of refund. If your wanting storage try picking up a small VPS or Dedicated server or go straight towards data storage services but don't try to pull it off going with a shared hosting account you will just waste time and money.

You've made it abundantly clear what you want, so good luck finding a shared web hosting provider that allows that. Your best bet still rests with a VPS.

I know you want shared but as everyone as said most web hosts do not allow you to use a shared account for backups. In order to get something like your wanting (amount of space/bandwidth, using it as backup) your best bet is a VPS/dedicated. I know that's not what you want to hear, but that's just the way it is.

Exactly. As @SenseiSteve and @rpoarch said, what OP wants is not available on shared; the only option is VPS and up from that.
