Not just our site, but theirs... so it looks like the whole center. Alarmingly, there's no information on the telephone answering machine, no remote forum... we are just left in the dark. These guys provide 0800 numbers in at least half a dozen countries: why bother if they are not going to use them when most needed? They just amount to a misleading PR exercise. Has anyone been able to extract any information somehow?

Someone from here eventually got through to them via the phone. Maybe they were just very busy, for obvious reasons. We were told it is some sort of DOS attack, but no ETA has been given. I'm not sure what the usual outage is for this sort of thing: has anyone any broad ideas?
