Posted by Senad, 09-15-2004, 01:27 AM For TheOrbit Customers: At approximatly 12:00 a.m. central time our server disconnected for unknown reasons. We have contacted the NAC technicians immediately and they are currently investigating the situation. Problem: No information available yet. I will keep this post updated to keep our customers informed on further information and as to the cause of the problem. We apologize for any inconvienience. My suspicion is a hardware failure or OS corruption at the moment since their network shows no outages. There was no maintance being performed on this server so this is very unexpected for us as well. We once again apologize for any problems this may have affected our customers.
Posted by Senad, 09-15-2004, 07:21 AM Update: A Network issue at NAC seems to have caused the problem. The server was offline until 2:50 a.m. There is an investigation still being checked upon as to what has happend. More will be posted on our forums. We once again apologize for any problems this may have caused.
