IdeaStack Hosting (Indian company) has been down for over a month. They responded to a few tickets in an unclear way, but now they are not responding at all. My websites have been down for over a month now.

What is the exact URL/domain of the hosting provider that you are talking about? I just Googled that name and I was able to find a hosting company (also based in India) with that name and had no problem reaching their site. If you provide the exact URL then we know who you are talking about.

The website is ideastackhosting dot com Their website is opening fine, and I can submit tickets fine. But my website is not opening. They said nameservers changed over the support tickets. When I ask if I could get the new nameservers, they stopped replying.

Okay. Well, did you try calling them as a follow-up? It appears they have both India and US contact phone numbers listed on their website.

They have a Live chat online Right Now. Also, Try using other means to contact them they have phone numbers listed on their contact page.

You can check your domain nameserver and check If your nameserver is working or not. Sometimes nameserver or If they use Cluster DNS then it stop responding due to some reason and site stop working. Contact them via phone.
