It's 5:20am EDT. DIYHosting.com, DIYSupprt.com, all of our sites there, and any other site I know of on their network has been down for >30 minutes now. No way to contact them, since their support site is also on the same network. <-- Not a good move.

These things sometimes happen. I'm sure that Simon and DIY team work on the problem.

Can you PM me your userID? We've had different people say they couldn't get on, when others were all fine. Please also note: If you can't get on to our network for some reason, our toll free phone system is there for use. I am not aware (and I have checked) that any calls were placed to us reporting any network issues seen by users. The support site isn't on the same network connections - it's actually in a different sector of the DC, specifically coming up on a different (seperate) backbone.
