q3host.com took my money and left me high and dry without a server, in fact all of their clients are now posting that their server is gone and are moving to other hosts. Here's the facts : paid $36 by CC to them on 8/6/04. On 9/6, I was informed via email that they would no longer be accepting CC payment and only payment by paypal would now be accepted, so I sent month 2's payment via paypal. On 9/9 I noticed my server was down! (3 days after payment and a paypal confirmation that payment was made) So the next day when the server was still down i submitted a trouble ticket : After the weekend had passed I submitted a second rsponse to my 1st trouble ticket : After trying to get ahold of their parent company : TNL Total Solutions P.O. Box 22441 Eugene, OR 97402 Toll Free: 877-567-7441 Their Phone was always busy-busy-busy! So I submitted my last response to my main trouble ticket : I am calling my CC company up and letting them know the situation and any other place that I can let people know of this rip-off, please let me know!
