Dear Valued Clients, Flake and R1 are down at the moment. Updates: http://forum.ultraunix.net/index.php?showforum=2 It's a real bad day for us.

Hi Wong and thx for keeping us posted... I actually have another thread here on this... I think the people at layeredtech need to tell us like it is.. I'm sorry if I seem to be moaning but... first it was DDOS.. then no power to server... then bios issue... then motherboard died... then 2nd HDD not working... It's been more than 7 hours since my client reported their site down.... except for a brief moment.. its still down.. I've told them it was DDOS... wonder what I can tell them now.. Be nice if I can give my client a decent estimated time for fixing this, and why it has been down so long.

I've responded in forum, helpdesk. All updates are done in forum, I can't tell more than that because I put all I know on it.

Yes, it's all back online. Hardware, DDoS all happen at the same time, real bad time.

r1 had hardware problems.. but its finally up and stable after 10 hours.. whew... Wong.. you need to kick some butt.. LOL
