Cyberpixels Gone

My web site hosted with them have gone down before but i have never seen Their own sales web page gone down.
A little worried since they have been down for some time, their contact staff are not online and they offered a for life hosting for a one time fee some time ago. Which sounds a little suspicious with this happening.
Anyone have any idea what's going on?
