Burst Timming out?? please confirm

I'm getting lost packages when pinging our servers with Burst. Anyone else has similar problem??

Its working but veeeeery slow. Besides - I want to belive it will be working, slow or fast but ---- only working! Please!

Now, form 10 seconds it is normal Hope for all day and all week! Thanks Burst!
