Bluehost Down?

My friend and I are trying out Bluehost and ran into an UHOH. We got an e-mail saying they were doing an upgrade: "At 1:00 AM Eastern Time on 11/16/04 we will be performing a scheduled network upgrade..." We were told that some users might experience downtime due to that upgrade. And we can't connect to any sites now, 11/17/04 at 7:20 EST. That includes the bluehost.com main site. I'm wondering what's up...this doesn't bode well for them.

Maybe! I was pretty thrilled that they sent us the e-mail. My current host has communication issues with their customers. But when they send us an e-mail and have that kind of a major outage the day after... (I say major b/c if their main site is down...well!) We'll just have to see...
