The Planet down again?

The Planet and all sites hosted there and at Server Matrix appear to be down for me. Does anyone know their phone number so I can call tech support and see what's up? I can't get to theplanet.com or orbit.theplanet.com at all.

sighzz...from my location in asia i cant access my server now i have 2 server , but i can access one of them , but not the other one ....when i login to the one i can acess and through that server i was able to access via IE the IP is only 1 number away between the 2 sighzzz...what the heck ...down again!!!

I have two at The Planet, in DC's 3 and 4 and all is well.

It's important to have all of the facts BEFORE screaming that a said provider is down. Especially when its a large one like that

oh god, please dont tell me they are once again having problems. My server with SM is running slow as anything, orbit doesnt work either.

i am getting all my pings request ping timeout to www services... i would like to re phase my sentance ..... i can access both server via RDC , and FTP ....but all my pings are timing out

It seems that you have a firewall installed, and its blocking ping.

oopss...sorrie about this ..... i do indeed has the firewall on ...sorrie bout this wrong info ...but i cannot access any WWW services at all ...

Look into contracting an admin to help you with the server work, or maybe contact TP. This will make your life a lot easier. Good luck...

already called ...but they ask me for my server login ... i dont know why either .... the server was fine for entire week until now and i havent done any changes to it ....it was just POOF like this that it doenst work .... i guess the lady on the line has no idea why either .....

That was my response from orbit over 2 hours ago. I'm in Austin, TX and I still can't acess my server.
