CYBERPIXELS down for 4 days?

Cyberpixels has been down for 4 days. Well, at least many of the customers have been down, I should say. The customers have been on the forum unsuccessfully trying to get answers for 4 days now. Cyberpixels isn't giving any. In fact, as far as anyone can tell, there is only one employee left and she up and left for vacation. She hasn't logged into CP since the 17th. There was also something about her blog saying that she was out of state visiting someone or something. Anyway, now the forum in CP is down (as well as the main site). Does anyone have any updates whatsoever? All of my sites are down as well as email. Thanks, Cyfarian

I'm able to access their web site http://www.cyberpixels.com. Sorry to hear your bad experience, did you try calling them? 831-423-8518 their hours are Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM PST.

Hi. Thanks for your response. The main site and board came back up a few minutes after my post, but had been down for hours. Everyone's sites are still down tho. I am not sure, but I THINK that all customers are affected. About the phone number, it has been disconnected for months. Funny, huh Go to their forum at boards . cyberpixels . com to see alot of angry people. This is so frustrating. Cyfarian
